This website does not collect or store the details you type into its quote and contact forms. When you press "Continue in WhatsApp", the form turns your details into a message and opens a WhatsApp link that contains it. This means WhatsApp receives the text so it can show it in a chat with us. Nothing reaches us unless you then press Send in WhatsApp. On the next screen you can also copy the message or email it to us instead.

When you contact us by WhatsApp (including a message prepared by our forms), by phone, by email or through social media, we receive what you choose to share with us, which may include:

• your name
• your phone number (WhatsApp shows us the number you message us from)
• your email address, if you email us
• your area or postcode
• details of your project or enquiry
• any photos you send us
• your social media account name, if you contact us that way

Please only send photos of the area where you need work done, and avoid including people or personal documents in them. We do not need sensitive information, such as details about your health, so please do not include it in your messages.

When you visit this website, some technical information is processed automatically. The company that hosts this website records basic details of each visit, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type, in its server logs, under its own policies.

WhatsApp

Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp, a service run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). When you press "Continue in WhatsApp" on our forms, WhatsApp also receives the prepared message as part of the link it opens, before you press Send. WhatsApp handles your information under its own terms and WhatsApp's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Your messages and photos are kept in our WhatsApp chats.

Email

Emails you send to baydanelectronic@gmail.com arrive in our business email account, which is provided by Google (Gmail).

Phone

If you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us about the job.

Our email provider (Google) and the company that hosts this website may store or process your information in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected in one of two ways. Either it is covered by UK regulations that allow transfers to US organisations certified under the UK–US data bridge, or it is covered by the provider's data processing terms, which use the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. • This website does not keep anything you type into its forms. Our hosting provider keeps its own server logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited time under its own policies.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We only share it with the services we need to run this website and to talk to you, and only as much as they need to provide their service:
